Money

Today we went to the bank and changed out Amelia's coins for cash.  We then went to and bought her a mermaid Lalaloopsy.

We went to Grammie's house to show her what Amelia bought.

Grammie:  How much did you pay for your Lalaloopsy?
Amelia: $35.00
Grammie: You shouldn't buy anything unless it is on sale.  If it was on sale for $28.00 you would still have $7.00 in your pocket.
Amelia: No it would be in my pocket we had the money in bags.

Las Vegas

Tonight on the way home from school Amelia asked when can we go to Las Vegas?  I asked her why she wanted to go to Las Vegas.  She told me I want to go and see God.  I told her God wasn't in Las Vegas and she couldn't see God until she died.  She said well Mom I didn't know he wasn't in Las Vegas.
